  • Are the tumblers dishwasher safe? To preserve the vacuum insulation and the vibrant finish of your tumbler, we strongly recommend hand washing only. High heat from dishwashers can damage the vacuum seal over time.
  • How long will it keep my drink hot or cold? Our tumblers are double-wall vacuum insulated. Generally, they keep drinks cold for up to 12 hours and hot for up to 6 hours, depending on the lid usage and external temperature.
  • What currency is the store in? All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank will automatically convert the total to New Zealand Dollars (NZD) at the current exchange rate when you checkout.
  • How long does shipping to New Zealand take? We ship internationally from the USA. Typical delivery takes 7 to 13 business days. We pack every tumbler with protective cushioning to prevent dents during transit.
  • My tumbler arrived dented, what do I do? We are so sorry! Despite our best efforts, international shipping can be rough. Please take a photo of the damage and the packaging, then email it to support@estix.shop. Do not worry—we will send you a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
